James is our award winning and ambitious Managing Director who founded the company in 2018.
James leads our feasibility consultancy and has extensive experience within property development having delivered projects with a gross development value (GDV) of over £25Million. With a strong eye for development and land acquisition opportunities, James frequently attends networking events throughout the UK and Europe working with our international and domestic clients.
When he’s not leading the team, he delivers continued professional development (CPD) sessions and site visits throughout the UK alongside @thedevelopersclub.uk. He is also committed to his own professional development and has recently become an Associate of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
